2 containers figs (one was my extra for volunteering)
1 head lettuce
2 bunches spinach
1 head cauliflower
3 yams
5 peaches
3 pears
1 bag plums, about 13
1 bag green grapes
6 bananas
I'm not really sure what to do with the figs, but I figured I'd get the extra container so that I could try a couple of different ways to prepare them to see which I like best. I did eat one just plain and it wasn't great, but it was okay.

Aren't dehydrated figs, dates? That might be a suggestion.
Figs are not the same as dates. Dates have a pit, figs have tiny seeds. They are good dehydrated. It's also pretty easy to make your own fig newton bars. Figs are nice in smoothies. They mold quickly, so I'd keep them cool. :)
I feel a bit like a dork now for not knowing the difference. But fig newtons are yummy! So maybe your kids would like them!
